Which identity proofs are accepted by hotels?

For Indian Nationals: You can show Voters ID, Driving License or Passport. For Foreign Nationals: You can show your Passport

What is an E Ticket ?

E ticket(electronic tickets) is a paperless electronic document with all the flight details. You can print the same and carry it along with you at the airport counter to check in for your flight.

Are taxes and booking fees included in the prices that you show?

Yes, all prices shown include taxes and fees

How do I cancel or change my flight reservation?

We only search the flights for you. If you want to change your booking you need to contact the airline partner where you bought your ticket. Our partners section has a compiled list of phone numbers and addresses of all airline partners we search

Who do I contact to secure a reservation?

A reservation can be secured by contacting our Reservations department. Alternatively you are able to view and reserve inventory online..

Do we need to pay separately for children who will be traveling with us?

When making your booking, select the number of children traveling with you from the ‘Children’ drop down box. If you select 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child.

How early can you cancel a Hotel Reservation ??

You can get a full refund if cancelled before 20 working days from the date of check in. Less than 20 working days please refer Cancelation Policy.

What if I don’t get a confirmation of my Reservation and my account has been charged?

In this case, you just need to call on our toll free number 1800 102 09991800 102 0999 FREE. and we will confirm your Booking offline if we have received your payment.

What is my hotel's checkin time?

Typically, the hotel checkin time is after 2:00 pm (local hotel time) however we request you to please check with your specific hotel for its exact checkin time.

Holiday Package needs to be booked how many days prior to the departure?

It is always advisable to book your tour well in advance of your choice to confirm your hotel and Flight reservations.

Do I require a passport to travel on a International Holiday?

Yes, you need passport with minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel. Validity of passport may vary depending upon the country you visit. Also we can assist you in getting your Visa’s done. You just need to visit our visa section and fill in the inquiry form and we will take care of the rest.

Can I book my International holiday package online?

Sorry, currently we don’t have provision to book International holiday package online, in case you want to book International holiday package, you can visit our nearest branch and book it or Contact our Holiday Package Reservation Desk ? No –

Can I book three adults in one room?

Generally most of the hotels allow guest to book 3 adults in one room by giving an extra bed, however we request you to always reconfirm with our customer support or hotel before booking.

Can there be changes done in Holiday Package?

Yes, you can amend the package the way you want it wherever possible by calling our toll free number 1800 102 09991800 102 0999. by paying additional cost or amendment charge if any.
